1. Get a container of your choosing

2. Fill wing loosing potting soil

3. Press bulbs into soil (with tips facing upward-leave exposed)

4. Use 6-12 bulbs for brightest effect

COOL TREATMENT

1. Maintained 35-48 degree temperature for 12 weeks (basement of veggie section in refrigerator)

AFTER THE COOL TREATMENT...

GROWING ON 1. Place in sunny location for about 1 week

2. Wait for shoots to start to appear

3. Move to warmer location

4. Bulbs should bloom in about 3 weeks

WHEN TO START...

TIME TABLE

Start in October to force bloom by Christmas,

Late fall for mid-winter blooms

Tulips need 12 to 16 weeks to bloom if started (sept-oct)

Only 8 to 10 weeks if started December
